An update on my new habits.
Habit One: Add More Variety to My Meals
Today I reverted back to my old habits. I slept in and breakfast and lunch were grabbed on the run. Oh well, There's always tomorrow.
Habit Two: Exercise Earlier in the Day
This afternoon is my first chance to exercise today. I think I this habit is pretty
well established. I just need to bump up the intensity and duration.
New Habit Three: I am resolving to ensure that I get at least 7 hours of sleep every night. I often go without enough sleep and it is affecting my weight.
So far I'm 1/3.
