1. Learn the peyote stitch
2. Drink 2 8 oz glasses of water before every meal
3. Do 15 min of cardio every morning
4. Do strength training twice a week
5. Have fun

    I don't know what a peyote stitch is emoticon
    I like your goal of strength training twice a week-I was trying to do it 3 times and I was sore ALL the time and I think that actually made me move around less-now I do it twice with a yoga in between
