I ordered some multivitamins online and they arrive today. I'm excited! I remembered that when I lost weight before, I found that taking a daily multivitamin really helped me to be less hungry. Plus, it's good for you.

Oh, man, hot power yoga this morning was *tough*. I felt tired *and* my muscles were feeling tight today. But I pushed through it, so I'm proud. I kept reminding myself that however hard it was, I would feel a lot worse about not going and those are bad feelings that snowball in the wrong direction. I went, I exercised, it was tough and uncomfortable, but now it's over and I can feel satisfied and proud that I did it.
