Had a delicious breakfast of whole grain waffles, light syrup and an orange (265 calories)! Resting a little bit, then I'm going snowboarding for a couple hours. There goes a bunch of calories! It's such a good workout. I can always feel the burn when I'm boarding. Then it's home for a lunch of soup and an apple, then working at the ski resort 4-9. Hopefully it's not too cold in Minnesota tonight! Being a lift operator sucks when it's freezing.
