First Workout: Sweat! No sweat.

Just 20 minutes on the treadmill while watching Hot Shots... a classic! 15min/mile pace. No incline.

A question: My Fast Break goals are for 15 minutes of exercise a day but then my exercise tracker is saying 30 minutes. Which one should I follow?

Another question: I'm supposed to burn 770 through exercises in a week. I have it set for three cardio and two strength but it said I needed to burn 257 calories during one cardio. That's 770/3. Wouldn't strength training play into the total so It'd be more like 770/5 = 154 cal burned per workout?

In the end, I don't really care about these details now. It's my first full week and spending ANY time on the treadmill, whether I burn 150 or 250 calories, is a win.
