My daughter brought it to my attention that I was not eating enough. I was going by the "diets" that had me on a 1200-1400 cal eating plan. She stated that for my height/weight/age I was not eating enough food. She introduced me to my BMR.
After a couple weeks of eating according to my BMR instead of diet plans, the weight is coming off. My current BMR is 2429.85 so I consume 1600-1800 cal a day. I've lost an average of 4lbs a week since this change.
