Hum....
First let me define 'easy' in view of this workout DVD! LOL ..... Today, Day 19 is the CARDIO workout and it was easy ( or easier at least) because I am finally able to follow most of the steps and keep up during the entire cardio session! Hooray for me....that is great progress considering the first cardio session had me tripping over my two left feet and falling behind forcing me to go to 'plan B'...which is, when in doubt....march in place and keep moving!
So, I am adding another workout today that will be a combination of strength and cardio while watching the Biggest Loser show tonight...my 'last chance workout' before weigh in with a couple of my teams.
Exercising before everyone else gets up is working best...especially this weekend, we found out my sister inlaw is needing a heart transplant!....it has thrown the family into more turmoil than usual and all of my brothers, whom I never hear from has called several times a day to vent and say what they think needs to be done ...
I've been visiting blogs from CAT TEAM members and have posted on a few but will try to get more done today! .....
