Microsoft Project Approach to Weight Loss?

I have long known these facts:

1. I only am in the mood for cardio first thing in the AM.
2. Caffeine after mid-afternoon keeps me up at night.
3. I have more interest in strength training (if at all - yuck) later in the day.
4. My body wants an afternoon nap, whether or not my professional life allows it.
5. Late afternoons find me hungriest. The temptation to snack before dinner is hard to overcome.

Apparently some folks at Yahoo feel much the same way. See interesting article, about strict times a day for certain activities we may collectively call the Spark regimen, attached.     Stan, my days can be quite similar to yours. Substitute kid shlep for the multiple gyms and you have it!

    yep. I've tried something like this before. After reading this... I decided to take the 'let Spark People generate your workouts" thing off my days. I can barely keep up with logging in and getting to the wheel, much less that stuff. I can tell you what MY day looks like (as a self employed person too)
    Somewhere between 4 and 4:30 AM I get up, get dressed and stumble out the door taking my wife to work "around" 5AM I roll into the gym between 5 and 5:15. I jump on either the eliptical or the treadmill between 35 minutes and an hour, depending on how close to 6:10 I can finish up. Then I go to gym 2, because they have a Suana. I go in the suana for 8 minutes of abs, and 12 minutes of rest. I leave there between 6:45 and 7AM and go to the local Mall. I meet a guy there and we walk 3 to 4 miles, depending on how we feel that morning.
    Then we go to a local coffee place, get our coffee, plan our day and make a couple of calls.
    If I can get all that out of the way before 8AM... my day is going to be OK.
    if not...

    I'm all gunked up.

    You have a great sense of humor ... I can picture the Gantt chart too and can imagine myself trying to think of a way to justify the PM napping at my desk - - -
