Revelations of a healthy lifestyle...week 3 :)

So I thought I'd share with everyone some "revelations" I've learned in the last two weeks of changing to healty lifestyle:
-A lifestyle change is a diet, but a manageable one.
-Putting an exercise bike beside a fireplace when trying to workout is a bad idea.
-Turning up the music makes me pedal faster AND prevents the neighbourhood from hearing me pant endlessly.
-Water cannot be substituted for beer
-When they say track your food, they mean ALL of it...including chocolates and junk that happen to fall into your mouth.
-Trying to diet and quit smoking is not impossible, but you should automatically loose 5lbs just for quitting smoking..just sayin'
-Eating healthy is not cheap, so I guess I'd rather be broke and healthy than rich and fat.
-Motivation does not come from fairys, but from kind strangers on SP!
-Saying "I'm so hungry" a hundred times a day will not make you more full.
-Green Tea is the cure to everything.
-Shoveling everyday is not my idea of the perfect workout routine.
-The scale is not always right...particularly in the morning.
-If the exercise is easy, the results will be too.
-If I smile while I'm doing it, it makes me think I like it :D
