Wow! I can't believe that I am actually enjoying getting up early (5 am), having a small breakfast and then exercising for about an hour or so! Is this really me? Yup, I guess it is! I love the way I feel and I love the way it feels to revisit a workout with Coach Nicole and discover that what was once very difficult is now so much easier!
Although the scale is not moving as quickly as I would like it to, my clothes are fitting so much better, my skin is looking better, and I have so much more energy, both physically and mentally.
