CARDIO STREAK 251
STRENGTH STREAK 199
Tonight is bowling so that will be my 40 minutes of cardio. I started off the morning with my Spark points then I did January Jumpstart lower body followed by alternating bicep curls and a stretch. Right now there is a coating of snow but nothing is coming down and its not supposed to start back up til later. It's our Christmas party for bowling that we always have in January after things have settled down sub and tossed salad is my usual meal so I'll have chicken and a baked potato for lunch instead of a salad. I left some budge in my food so if I want a treat of some sort I will be able to have it.
