I remember when last year was ending how anxious I was about the new year. I knew I wanted to take my fitness to a whole new level but I didn't know how. The ideas came to me, keep it simple, so that is what I planned to do. No crazy diets, just eating better. Working on my portion sizes has helped me loose weight and inches. I am so happy that I am moving forward, it is like a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The look, the smell of victory illuminates within me.
