Had the day off and did a ton of cooking for the week. All healthy meals planned out. Exercised for hour, was a pretty good day overall. Now if I can only stick to my goal of getting to sleep before 11:30...

    And sleep is so key...hoping you can hold to that goal as well. Good quality sleep really does help with weight loss. Weird but true.
