I'm really onto this new habit thing....had another great day of accomplishments - even though I really just wanted to wallow all day (had the day off from work for MLK) - I didn't - I cleaned house, closets, bathrooms - menu plan for the week - grocery shopped - got all my errands done - worked on my 2012 health/fitness plan (adding my new habits) - AND - worked out (Chalene Extreme - Burn 1) - woo hoo - go me! ;-) I'm feeling very empowered. Writing it down is really helping me stay accountable and consistent - already for tomorrow - have my workout clothes laid out and alarm set - my best new habit: up early and no excuses!!
