Trying something different

So I puchased the pink plan from exercise. com. Not following the diet really. Yesterday was Kardio( not a typo thats how they spell it) and yoga. Today was Pink pull and abs. 34 minutes my abs are killing me already lol and I was definitely sweating and my legs and arms did get tired. Looking forward to something different. Plus they map it out for you. What workouts what days. Right now I am needing the regimen for some reason I cant do it on my own anymore. Wish me luck.

    Good luck!!! Sometimes it takes awhile to figure out what works best for you....then that gets boring and it's time to change it up again! Keep it up!
