Make a list of five things you want to accomplish in the next five weeks. It must only include things for YOURSELF (not things you want to do for others!). Blog or write your list in your personal journal. Pick one thing of your list and complete it by the end of the week
1. I will make sure to do all my exercise 120 + daily
2. lose 10 pounds in this 5 weeks to meet the goal, I have made changes in my program that will make this happen.
3. Focus on me for the next 5 weeks and make sure i do not get set aside - I have done this so far!!!
4. Do 1 Full week of the new program
5. Begin new exercise program with Just dance Program!!! This has been really Fun!!!
