This morning I got on the scales and weighed 2 pounds more than my last weighing. I felt that I would have lost at least 1 pound and got a slap in the face. Very disappointing to say the least. I wanted to cry. But instead I decided to track breakfast and walk a little longer this morning. Now I have set a goal to walk every day that I can. I have a hip that is degenerating and it gives me pain even with meds, but I am not unable to walk. I will therefore keep on walking while I still can.
