Missed Water Aerobics - Boo Hoo

Took a brief 20 minute walk this morn, planned to do the hour of water aerobics, then get more exercise in PM. But 15 minutes before time for the aerobics we got company. Lovely people who stopped by to visit and there was no way I could excuse myself to go to the pool.
Guess I will do some more walking, stop by Exercise Room to ride recumbent bike, and do the best I can for my exercise today. Tomorrow is another day!!!
