Yesterday was a bad day for me, after 7 days in a row of walking and not cheating on my diet I really blew it. Not only did I eat things that are chalked full of calories but I had drinks to go with it. It was called football Sunday and we went out. I had choices but I made the wrong ones. So today, I must get up, dust myself off and get my act together. I have 5 pounds off thus far with another 10 to get off before March 3rd. I CAN DO IT, I WILL DO IT!!
