Happy Monday all! It's the end of week 2/beginning of week 3 for me in this healthy lifestyle redo! :P I've lost a total of 16 pounds. 16 pounds in 2 weeks is a amazing, but I'm a little frustrated that I haven't budged in the last 3-4 days. I have a feeling it's because I'm about to start my dot... But still. It's annoying. I like seeing the scale move down! ;)
I've been obsessed with getting great deals on groceries! Lol! Kashi cereal, fruits and veggies... And posting pictures of my meals on Instagram.. Haha! I hope doesn't annoy people. Anywho, my fiancée and I have a long wlk planned for today. Going to walk to Trader Joes instead of driving. Should be about 6 miles round trip. I'm trying hard to eat enough calories today. Most days, I don't east enough and I know that can keep me from losing weight too.
Oh, and I'm pretty stoked to see SP added "massage work" to their cardio options. I gave a 90 minute massage last night & was defenatly sweaty and burning calories. I think of giving a massage a lot like doing yoga. It's hard, but I also feel so relaxed and energized after!
