I just had to share, I am so proud of myself. I have worked out 10-40 minutes everyday for 16 days now. This is my longest streak EVER! I had not looked at the fitness videos on here before this. I love them! The workout videos I have at home are all 45-65 minutes. I would dread doing them so I didn't do them. Also the repetition was boring. I love mixing and matching these videos. I recommend them to everyone. I feel so strong. My body aches everywhere and it feels AWESOME. I want to shout out how good I feel to everyone I know.
