Good morning sparkers!
I have just a limited time to blog, so I will be brief.
I am doing really well with maintaining my vegetarian, gluten-free diet. I am not completely gluten-free, but I am moving in that direction.
I am doing better with cooking, since I am all set up in my new house and have all of the cooking necessities. I cooked for friends last night, with healthy leftovers for lunch today. I want to set a goal of how many times a cook meals per week, but haven't decided on the number yet.
In terms of exercise, I am sticking to my plan. Cardio four days a week, which includes one of the bootcamp classes at the gym and one run outside. Strength training is less structured, but I have actually been doing more of that.
All this, and I haven't seen the scale budge yet. But I have faith.

I didn't get side pix or back pix, but I plan to start having my boyfriend take these pix, so they will be clearer and I can get a better picture of where I'm at.
I haven't had the money to get my body fat tested, but I should in February. That's okay with me.
