A new feature on SparkPeople is the share bar on your blog posts. They can "Like" to facebook, twitter, share by email, etc. If you don't want that, you have to uncheck the box in your Spark Page settings that says "Show share bar on my blog posts." Do pass this one on...I know I for one dislike having my different social networks interfaced.
