Crud. Way off plan. Computer virus freaking me out, husband out of town part to blame but mostly i strayed because i put myself in temting sitution...movie with dtr half a small bag of buttered popcorn, pizza for kids ate 2 squares, a half a breadstick..lcheese bradstick, and one boneless chike, wing. Can we say fat and carb overload? I guess the up side is that it was a small bag whereas i am fully capable of downing a large, it was two sqres versus three slices.m at least i was smart enough to not orer the apple pies with the pizza... I am also quite able to scarff down all 5. Butall of that is merely trying to justify my binge as not that bad when in relity i have probably set myself back by three dys

I hope i can get it togther tommorrowmor i am worried that i am off to another failed round.

I am going to bed n leving my 7 year old and 13 yer old with their frirnds and their pizza. I expect the girls to wind up with me...earplugs are a wonderful thing!

Good luck ... maybe re-reading the original Pounds and Inches paper by Dr. Simeons will inspire you? It's free all over the internet.

Yes lots of water and if you can, get in an apple day.
and you may need some smooth move tea after all those carbs.
    Best of Luck!
