I need Strength Training ideas. I've spent the last year doing ST Mondays, Weds, and Fridays and I've done free weights, power yoga, resistance bands, and swiss ball. I liked all of that but want to mix it up some and do something else for a bit. I like doing DVDs but cannot seem to find one that is just ST, they all like to throw in cardio at the same time. I like cardio but I like to do that separately. I get that doing ST does raise my heart rate, but I don't count those calories in my daily burn so doing cardio and ST together is not what I want. Does anyone know a good DVD that is JUST ST? I have all of the equipment listed above.
