This is my first ever blog on any site. I have to think of it more as a journal entry than a public blog. What I have decided is super neat about Spark, amongst a million other little reasons is that it shows me that even a day a little over goal is not a complete loss. It has almost SILENCED the negative thoughts in my head. I track a candy or something and realize that it has not been really that destructive. Because of this I do not get the "all or nothing" attitude that so often has done me in in the past. Alot of days I am right in the range even with something extra. I am slowly making the extras more healthy too (oranges versus candy, etc). Very cool. I think I am addicted to spinning that wheel too - it is incredibly fun little thing to do daily! I am really going to try and blog more as journal writing is so healthy. I hope you have a great day today!
