However, it's the song that sang to myself this morning as I brushed off the dust of my Leslie Sansone DVD...I knew I needed to exercise in some way, but was particularly fired up about walking. Well, I made it. I knew time was limited but Ihave used that as an excuse not to begin. So, by this morning I racked up the first 15 minutes of walking. It was rough, but I didn't die...Praise the Lord
