Just an update:
Week One of the January Jumpstart Challenge: I loved the workout videos! I am soo surprised by this, Coach Nicole is a sweetie and her voice is so calming and reassuring; like she knows I can do it! I lost 2 lbs. and could put my wedding rings back on my finger
Week Two: I made a inspirational fitness collage. See my Sparkpage. Had soo much fun doing this that I made another one, I call my spiritual collage. It's on my Sparkpage too. I would have added these pics on my blog but I'm typing this on my Ipad and I haven't figured out how to do it! This week the videos were a little easier and I added the upper arm band routine for my extra video.
I lost 4 lbs. this week.
I'm sure I've lost inches too, but I'm not going to do measurements til the first week of Feb.
I feel stronger mentally, emotionally, and physically. Week Three starts today. Can't wait to see what this week brings. How about you?
