30 pounds gone

Sunday, January 15, 2012

Toay I hit the 30 pound mark. I'm very happy. I'm sure it's because I had the stumache flue yesterday but still, at least I know it's possible. You never know it might stay down. I did manage to eat about 900 calories even with the flu. Regardless, I feel a reward coming on. The best part is I get to spend the day deciding what it's going to be. I got a soft work out planned due to flu recovery but I got to do something. Maybe some strenth training and light cardio...take the dog for a walk with a friend. I really need a haircut, maybe I'll do that tomarow. Today is going to be a good day mY kids are running around like little lunitics, my husband is still in bed, the dog is sleeping, fresh snow outside and a body on the mend. What more can I ask for... OMG, my kids just started cleaning their rooms on their own...crazieness.

emoticon You've got it going on over there! Down 30 lbs emoticon , and up to 900 calories emoticon ...okay the kids cleaning on their own, it could happen but for me I'd have to lay back down, close my eyes and count to 10 then get up to take another peek to make sure I wasn't dreaming on that one..lol!

Keep up the good work! emoticon
