2012 Changes - Part 2 (C & A)

Sunday, January 15, 2012

Continuing on with my thought process from Part 1. The C & A (Consistency and Accountability) REALLY needs to become a part of my routine.

This week I will:
1. Use SP meal planner

2. Stay on my exercise plan
Monday @ lunch hr - circuit and cardio
Tuesday eve - ST/personal trainer KEN
Wednesday - recover
Thursday - run evening
Friday - Gym - circuit and cardio
Saturday - run
Sunday - recover

That's only 2 gym days but the gym is 30 miles from home so has to be done while I am at work. Haven't tried the lunch hr routine but I think I can do most of it and get back to work on time.

Accountability - I am the one in charge. This is about me. I am the one tired of being fat, not fitting in clothes, joints hurting, feeling tired and out of shape.

If I don't log the food, don't do the exercise, don't get the sleep then its my fault. Its my show. I am in charge of me.

One week - that's all I am asking for myself at this time. ONE WEEK!! I can do this!

With the 30 mile commute, making a 2 day commitment seems like a big enough goal - you can do it!

    Great plan on the exercise!

How do you plan to track your food?
Location, time of day?
What setbacks can show up, and how will you tackle them?

For me, tracking food had the greatest effect on my weight loss. Even without respecting my calorie budget, simply tracking made me aware of a lot of things. So, I can really support you on that!

I was thinking along the same terms; the only way I am making it happen is with a plan. Rain, cold, sunshine or whatever Mother Nature decides send to Miami, I have to keep moving. The first step is making a plan and then the next step is to make it happen. You can do it. It will be a little crazy in the beginning, but you will get a routine.

Enjoy the rest of your long weekend.

it's always good to have a plan. "if I fail to plan I plan to fail" and you are planning to succeed emoticon
