Well yesterday I was focused on the scale and I didn't even realize that I am 1/4 of the way to my total goal for weight loss. WooHoo! I have already gotten farther than I have any of the past attempts at weight loss. The difference this time is that I am not on a DIET (hate that word). I am trying to make healthy food choices and allowing myself splurges on my cravings now and again.
I remember how I felt a few months ago before I started exercising, drinking my water, and the healthier eating. I was sluggish and tired all of the time. My brain was even sluggish. I am no athlete yet, and I don't claim to love to exercise. I do love how it makes me feel stronger mentally and physically after. That is what gets me out of bed at 4:30am every morning to exercise. Speaking of exercise, I better go get some of it in. :)
