I've started a new Spark Team, it's called: I Need To Lose, My SO Needs To Gain
(just scroll down to "my teams", and you'll see the team)
Anyway, it sure is a challenge trying to eat healthier & lose weight, when your spouse needs to either stay the weight that they are or needs to gain weight.
I want/need to lose between 43-50 lbs., and my husband could stand to gain about 15-25 lbs.
I don't have the time or money to cook two completely different dinners for us! But, I somehow need to add a lot more calories to my husband's meal, LOL.
If you have a spouse, SO (significant other) or partner who is thin and can eat anything and never gain an ounce...but, you are trying to lose weight...I hope you'll join this new team!
