This week the 5%Challenge Team Living the Good Life Challenge is to blog on a new habit I want to work on. It has been hard for me to get my freggies in. So at the beginning of the year I had made it a goal to eat at least 5 servings a day. I have to really think about it, but most days I have made it. One thing I have added is green peppers with my breakfast eggs. I am also trying to have one freggie snack a day, plus a salad at either lunch or supper.
Another thing I did this week, I was on the January Jumpstart Challenge. I was finding that it stressed me more than it should. I was trying to do my trainer workouts, cardio, and walking DVD. It was too much. I figured since I was exercising regularly , I really didn't need that challenge. So, I left the team. It was a relief.
I had a good cardio interval workout at the gym this morning.
I am revising my daily goals a little to condense them a little.
Daily Goals:
1. Exercise
A. 75 - 120 min a day :

120min
B. Gym (4-5x's a week):
C. Home Exercise
2. Water
--Drink 10-12 glasses a day (80-96 oz) Sat = 10 glasses
4. Food
--stay within calorie range of 1400-1600 calories a day
--5 servings Freggies = Sat 7 servings
--curb mindless snacking, drink water
--try a new recipe each month for a total of 12 recipes (1 recipe last week)

2. Write lists of what I need to do each day --
