My sincere thanks goes out to all of my wonderful Spark Friends, teammates, supporters and anyone and everyone who has sent me goodies, left comments on my Spark Page, commented or liked something on my Activity Feed, or did anything to encourage me.
My internet connection has been so slow for the last few months I was seriously considering dropping back to a bare minimum on the site. I would log in all my food and then couldn't get it to post. Or maybe write a long email to a teammate only to find it would not send. Discouraging, to say the least.
I did find that it worked a little better between 6 and 7 AM, and for some reason it worked like it should this afternoon.
So if I didn't thank you for all of your kindness, please understand. I do hope it continues working as it did today.

PS I am finally back on track and plan to do a good job in 2012!!!

    Hey sweet friend...we all know those internet issues. I fear that our connections will get slower and slower as more I-Phone buyers hog up data connections. Oh oh...I'm one of those I-Phone hoggers...so forgive me in advance! emoticon emoticon

    Carol, just remember that all of us have problems with the computers from time to time! We all understand these things! And sometimes, it's hard to keep up in the best of computer operations! I never have time to thank people like I'd like to--but neither to most people have the time, either. I think it balances out, though, over time, and we all know that we care about each other! emoticon

    emoticon I know how awful it is to have terrible internet connections. Ours tends to go in & out a lot also. I'm thinking of changing to cable internet.
