Since I have added the treadmill and the elliptical to my fitness as the dr suggested and I am doing much better. Yes I was sore but now I am feeling so much better. I am really glad that this week is over at work. It has been a very busy week. On Friday I did my swimming but was hurting from getting up and down at my chair at work that I couldn't do my other fitness, but got back on track today even added 1 more minute to the elliptical that made me feel so good. I gained some weight back from not being able to work out the way I was used to but have lost some of it back this week. I am going to keep on going and working out until one day I will reach my goal.
