Another darn headache today... I am doing this!
5 days of cardio this week - 5 days of strength -
My clothes are fitting different but I keep losing 2 and gaining 2 lol - I am logging my food faithfully.
I will not stop! I am giving myself a goodie every other day to stay motivated.. maybe this week a daily one will be a good incentive to just keep on going!
