I've successfully kept off 2 pounds and that is a step in the right direction. I've got a LOT more to do and I know it. I'm already seeing some toning because I'm doing what is called sports specific training on my Wii Sport. The weight isn't coming off quickly but I'm seeing toning. I am ready to get back to playing tennis but since I don't have anyone to play against right now I'm sticking with my Wii Sport. I'm getting my swing back though! That is a great feeling. I used to play in high school on the team and in college just to keep up a lot of exercise. I miss it a great deal. It is time to get ME back!

    Excellent! At least someone is keeping those pounds off. I keep going up and down but I need to stay consistent with my diet. Consistency is the key! Keep it up!

    Woo Hoo! You're doing it! Not gaining weight is just as GREAT as losing weight! So it's obvious you're doing something right! Keep up the good work! You can do this!!!
