Has made it 15 days with the new goals

I've successfully kept off 2 pounds and that is a step in the right direction. I've got a LOT more to do and I know it. I'm already seeing some toning because I'm doing what is called sports specific training on my Wii Sport. The weight isn't coming off quickly but I'm seeing toning. I am ready to get back to playing tennis but since I don't have anyone to play against right now I'm sticking with my Wii Sport. I'm getting my swing back though! That is a great feeling. I used to play in high school on the team and in college just to keep up a lot of exercise. I miss it a great deal. It is time to get ME back!
