Wow! Week one out of 10 is done! That went by so fast! I will definitely succeed there. Exercise wise, I managed to burn 5057 calories when my weekly goal is 3420. On another note, I did eat over my calorie range on a couple days....I guess I just have to stop letting stress dictate what I eat. I guess today is going to be my day of rest, but I can't slack on food either. Anyway, I know over time I'll be able to readjust.
I'm thinking about going for a jog this morning...I guess we'll see.
