Getting back on track...healthy eating 101 and pool time

Since I am not clowning today I hit the health club. Swam for 45 minutes, water jogged for 15, had a great steam sauna, and whirlpool. Everyone at home was still sleeping! It felt great. I bought some fruit and veggies on my way home for juicing. Now I have two juicers, so one is always clean...started juicing a couple of days ago. Not hard core, but I tried a sweeter juice, carrots, celery, apple, and then the hard core veggie with kale, ginger, lemon, apples...but I was missing the cucumber. Too much ginger, so I only drank a third. Made a lovely English dinner in my new stove. I would love to be a vegan, but I just love meat! My husband and I went to the movies and skipped the soda and popcorn. So...today the scale is going the right direction. My new goal is to lose a quarter pound a day. I think I can live with that! The most exciting thing was my blood pressure...it was great! I had my blood drawn a few days ago so I can track the difference in my stats of a mostly vegetarian diet. Should be interesting! And the carrot, celery, apple juice is REALLY yummy.
