Day 16: Total Body Challenge is an understatement!

Day 16 of the 28 Day Bootcamp DVD ( available at Target) ....was the hardest ever ....especially before coffee!!! ....

I was not able to keep up, or get all the moves done along with anyone this morning, but I modified and when that didn't work, fell back to my go-to plan B of marching in place until I quit gasping and or/ found a way to jump back in!!!

I am happy to say I am at least remaining consistent in exercising according to the 28 Day plan and I am reminding myself that this is an 'introductory' cycle as I plan to do this 28 Day DVD again ( and again) until I can at least keep up with Coach Nicole!

In addition to the Day 16 workout....I accepted a weekend challenge to do the 10 miniute cardio-kickboxing DVD here at Sparks so have in a solid 60 minute workout today even if neither could be said to have been done 'perfectly'....LOL

Food is on track and managing to get at least 7 hours sleep a night so this year is off to a fair start even considering the usual family drama.....

Now, if I could only manage a consistent Blog schedule......
