Week 2 of NSA Eating - Nobody's Perfect!

Goooood morning! I was in bed by 9:30 last night and laid around in bed until 7:30 this morning. Awesome!

No sugar added eating has been going really well overall. I did cheat this week, but I am totally OK with how I cheated! Both were at work functions. I had some wine, salad dressing, dip, and pita that I'm sure was not NSA. But, as a Spark Friend pointed out, what didn't I eat at those functions because of the NSA eating? Plenty of desserts, rolls, meatballs, and bacon wrapped weenies. So I feel good.

I made another batch of NSA bread dough this morning. I measured my flours a little differently and used whole wheat pastry flour instead of whole wheat graham flour, and I can already tell that this batch is going to turn out better. It's rising nicely.

Andrew wants to watch football at the bar with some of our friends tonight, so my plan is to feed us a good dinner before we leave so we don't have any gross bar food, and I will stick to water.

I have 13 miles to run tomorrow. I did speedwork at the buttcrack of dawn earlier this week and ran 7 miles yesterday afternoon. I did three of the BodyRock 30 Day Challenge workouts this week, and I'm certain that three of those is my limit with my marathon training going on. I am resting from all formal exercise today, and I'm going to enjoy it!
