Saturday and thought I could sleep in. No such luck! Well I got the dreaded weigh in finished. Down 1.4lbs. My initial response was disappointment. Not sure why. Then I gave myself a reality check. This weight took a lifetime to gain, and I expect it off quickly without a lot of blood, sweat and tears. It isn't going to happen. I need to focus on the basics of water, exercise and eating healthy. If I do that I know that the weight will come off. I won't be perfect all of the time, but I shouldn't expect to be. This isn't a diet, but a healthy life plan. I need to be able to indulge once in awhile. Well, enough of my rambling. Talk to ya tomorrow!
