The morning weigh-in shows me at 58kg/128lbs, so I'm still doing OK.

I am ridiculously anxious about all this, whereas I was comparatively relaxed when I was trying to lose the pounds.

I think it's fear of change. I maintained OK for a month on Shape Up, and now that I've switched over to Spark People I think I'm worried I'm messing with a winning formula and it's all going to go horribly wrong.

But this site just has so many more resources for healthy living generally. I just need to relax, keep going with the good habits I've got into over the last nine months or so, and remember that I know safe and reliable ways to lose the weight if I do go a few pounds over.

Maybe I need to add chilling out and getting over myself to my goals !
