Today I decided that I needed to get back on plan NOW. In 7 weeks we are going to Florida and if I don't get rid of some weight, my clothes will not fit.

I have been procrastinating way too long.
I did not walk today...it was incredibly cold and windy around here. Tomorrow looks much better though, and I look forward to walking.
I logged in my food, and I did pretty good...although I did go over calories a bit. This is okay because I write myself a little note, and tell myself where the problem was, then make a note to not do the same thing next time. This helps me identify my problem areas and be kinder to myself...instead of getting down about it and overeating.
