The BF is home in 2 hours, and I'm going to be a bit out of commission fitness wise the next two days - so I'm going to try and get at least days 5 & 6 of the Jumpstart in (starting with pilates - which I hate) and maybe even get in Day 7 for good measure (abs) and 30 minutes of cardio (wii fit which always takes longer than 30 minutes to get the 217 calories burned that SP suggests for me)
And to figure out a good dinner...
EDIT: I got two sets of "Advanced Rhythm Boxing" in before the batteries in my balance board died - and I don't have 4 additional AA charged batteries around the house. So I tried Nicole's 10 minute Kick boxing cardio workout. It was so fun and relatively low impact, I did it twice! And prior to all the cardio I did in fact conquer days 5, 6 & 7 of the January Jumpstart challenge - from pilates to abs. And I figured out a decent dinner in between - now to go track those calories. Huzzah.
