Still going strong. I think I'm finally through my first plateau. I had lost 5 pounds the first week, then gained back 2 of them that didn't want to leave! But now, I'm back down those 5 pounds and ready to move down further! I've been doing well with my eating and working out every day without fail--even when I wasn't feeling it. I knew deep down that the scale would move, but when you're actually in the plateau, it feels pretty discouraging.
Onward and downward! :)
