Okay, so I gained a few pounds back and now I am determined to lose them and a few more to get to my ultimate goal of 125 pounds.
I love using Sparkpeople to create my own nutrition plan, with the foods we regularly have in our refrigerator and cupboards. I especially love taking my recipes and adding them to Sparkrecipes.com to calculate the nutritional value, add a photo, create a cookbook and more.
Certain foods I would have a hard time giving up are Bagels, Pasta, Cheese and meatless Soy Protein products like MorningStar Farms. Thank goodness I can still have my favorites, by calculating them into my nutrition plan.
