I did lots of dancing, lots of walking , lots of strength training...I burned nearly 3,000 calories today! I was SOOOO hungry too!! I have a feeling tomorrow will be a curl up with a good book day! Today way my "rest" day from running - I didn't rest at all! I had a great day, burned lots, ate way over my calories (I was just so HUNGRY!!) and still burned more than I ate. :D
