I haven't been very good over the holidays, but I am getting better. :)
I've done yoga and weights today, as well as the bike yesterday. Hubby and I have been very good about walking every weekend--usually a couple of miles, although we have to go pretty slow since he is rehabbing after hip surgery.
The plan is for me to keep up with SP and get myself headed back in the right direction while he gets back to shape.
