2012 Transformation: Week 1

Thursday, January 12, 2012

I could not be happier or more proud of the changes I have made in just one week, not to mention the progress I have achieved. I have found my discipline- in both my work outs and my diet. I am proving to myself and everyone around me how badly I want this. I am proving as a SAHM with no gym membership it is possible to lose weight, gain muscle, and get healthy.

Prior to beginning the 12 week transformation challenge I had lost 55 lbs, it was a struggle of being on my game and way way way of course. Not now, and I am feeling confident in saying not anymore. Implementing these changes into my life have been a surprisingly easy transition, I am already becoming a better, wife, mom... a better Siena. I am already getting closer to reaching my genetic potential.

I am living happily and fulfilled on my new clean nutritional intake (NOT DIET) oatmeal, Whey Protein Shakes, Almond Milk, Egg whites, Asparagus, Yams, Mushrooms, Spinach, Garlic, pepper, olive oil, almonds, chicken, fish, steak, and my favorite Cottage Cheese! Thanks to I am becoming educated in nutrition and the value of eating certain foods at certain times for optimum absorption and fuel. I am becoming educated, again thanks to and Optimum Nutrition on supplementation. I am taking BComplex-100, Opti-Women Multi, Gold Standard 100% Whey, CLA, Fish Oil, Viatmin C, and Calcium. I am killing it with circuit training, sweating my ass off, lifting to my limit, and going passed my threshold. Honestly I am infatuated with this life style.

My progress pics show actual progress, I love that!

I look forward to working my ass off to see my results at 3 weeks, 6 weeks, and 12 weeks! If these last 7 lbs and 7 days are any prediction of the next 12 weeks I will have no problem reaching my goals. I am going for the win!
